There is good reason our Quick-Release Prop Hub is the most popular in the world. We manufacture everything in the USA using premium materials and finishes. Our Quick-Release hub has has a perfect record with zero failures since the release of our 2022 model. This year we just moved the bar even higher by adding the ratcheting mechanism from the Quickie making this the fastest Quick-Release possible.

You can now remove and install the propeller in less than 10 seconds. There is simply no other Quick-Release that works this fast while offering an actual locking mechanism. Please don’t fall for the “it locks itself” bs. Get a safe Quick Release that cannot be unlocked unless you intend to open it.

Unlike other products, all of our Quick Releases are universal and work with all approved propellers. You do not need to buy a second one just to run a different prop because the pins are too long or too short. We offer a simple spacer that stays in place with a couple of small screws.

Please note: you must select "Add Helix Spacer" to add it to your order.

"Secure-Lock" Technology

Our Quick-Release Prop Hub and Quickie both use a unique and fast dual ratcheting mechanism. The pilot must press both buttons at the same time by holding the handle to unlock the prop hub. It will only open if you intend it to open.

Premium Features

  • High-Quality Machining

We machine our hubs in batches of 8 on complex machining fixtures. They go through QC checks and any imperfections are rejected/disposed.

  • Custom Machined Stainless Pins

All of our hubs now feature beautiful custom machined pins that have tight machining tolerances, secure press fit and beautiful finish.

  • Three-Stage Finishing Process

Our ratchet plates go through a labor-intensive, three-stage finishing process. They are machined, anodized, and then machined again to create the signature two-tone finish with shiny edges and ratchet teeth.

Why Our Quick-Release Hubs?

Quick-Release

  • Premium Quality

Our Quick Release feature a premium multi-stage anodized finishes, custom machined stainless pins, beautiful machining and a tactile ratcheting mechanism.

  • Universal Propeller Fitment

Our Quick-Releases support all approved propellers. You do not need to buy separate hubs with different pins. Simply throw on the Helix spacer for thin props.

  • Manufactured in the USA

We design, machine, anodize, assemble, package and ship everything completely in-house in the USA in large batches.

  • Secure Locking Mechanism

Our Quick-Release prop hub and Quickie use a dual ratcheting locking mechanism. It cannot open unless both buttons are pressed to unlock it.

  • Light-Weight and Low-Profile

Our Quick-Release prop hubs are super light and easy to use. They also replace the thickness of a Helix prop spacer so the added weight is minimal.

Others

  • Prototype Quality

Our competitors don't anodize their hubs and use standard hardware.

  • Not Universal

Our competitors use different length pins for different propellers. You are either stuck with your prop or you have to buy a second hub.

  • Non-Production Quantities

Our competitors outsource or produce in small quantities in a garage. We are a business and manufacture in large batches to fulfill the needs of our customers and global distributor network.

  • Not Locking or Clunky

Some of our competitors think that not featuring a locking mechanism is ok. Others use a slow mechanism which is clunky to use.

  • Heavy and Bulky

Our competitor's hubs are heavy and bulky.

Atom80 Gearbox Venting

The Atom 80 model features grooves to facilitate gearbox venting. This was a feature that was requested by several people and we decided to implement it.
